We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. RETURN WINDOW
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- The item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, where indicated on the product page.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1) Go to My Orders on our website and select the order.
2) Choose Request Return and tell us the reason.
3) Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
4. AFTER WE RECEIVE THE ITEM
Returned items are inspected on receipt. If approved, a refund or exchange is processed as per our Refund Policy. If the item does not meet the conditions above, it may be sent back to you.
5. EXCHANGES
Where available, you may request an exchange for a different size or a replacement for a defective item, subject to stock.
